Time to Submit to Issue 31!
Submissions for Issue 31 due Nov. 30th!
Our next deadline is now less than a month away. The deadline to submit to the February 2021 issue #31 is Nov. 30. We love to get artwork from all over the world, from all different kinds of artists, using all different kinds of processes and techniques, exploring all different kinds of approaches, styles, and subject matter. Diversity, accessibility, and variety are what we value the most and what makes our magazine unique. Any and all photographic and printmaking approaches are accepted. Even if they are incorporated into mixed media, performance, installation, book arts, etc. We love ingenuity, idiosyncrasy, experimentation, creativity, and craft.
Students and educators – please talk to your school or organization about subscribing and then allowing students or faculty to submit for free on the school’s subscription. Galleries and museums could do the same, extending the submissions to their staff. Collectives and groups of artists can do a similar thing. You can submit five images per submission, so you could even split a single submission between 2 – 5 other people. The nice thing about running our own magazine is that we can be flexible and work with people on an individual basis to make sure that submissions are accessible and affordable – if not free! So let us know how we can help or if you have any questions at all about how you can submit.
All submissions include one copy of the magazine, whether your work is printed or not.
