Submissions for April Issue #12 are due by midnight, Feb. 29, your local time!

We’ve got some fantastic features lined up for the April issue, and we are excited to make another great issue for you. We hope you will contribute some of your hand-made prints, photographs, collages, film and video work.

The Hand is proud to be artist-owned and operated, and reader supported. By contributing to our magazine, you get a copy of the issue included in your submission fee, whether your work is accepted for publication or not. Subscribers get four magazines for a great price AND have the opportunity to submit their work for no additional charge. We are proud to be independent and reader supported.
