This is such a great issue. We have four feature articles this time:
1) Our first interview!! With the one and only, Mr. Brady Wilks. We get Brady’s insight into his photo series, Soul of The Land, and talk about history, catharsis and people influential to his craft.
2) An article on Amy Rockett-Todd‘s unique wet plate constructions, now on view at TAC Gallery in Tulsa.
3) An article on the artist/ scientist collaborations by Matthew McLaughlin and his R&D Editions. A must-read for anyone interested in the intersection of art and science.
4) Several images from Shelly Forbis’ print exchange program, Damsel In The Press, based in Columbia, MO.
Plus many more printmaking and photographic images featuring a wide range of subject matter and processes. It’s sixty full-color pages of images and fascinating insights into the most innovative and unique contemporary print and photo work.We hope you enjoy this issue as much as we do. To quote Janet Jackson, “It’s all for you”.
Thanks! The HANDs-
