Call for Entries for July issue Due May 31st!

All hands on deck! It’s time to SUBMIT YOUR WORK to the July issue of The Hand Magazine!

July is our anniversary issue and we are celebrating our fourth birthday this year! Woohoo! That means we are celebrating by giving away hand made prints to EVERY subscriber. But you have to subscribe by May 31st to get the print.

SUBSCRIBERS can submit to all of the issues on their subscription for no extra charge, so it’s definitely the way to go; but you can also submit to one issue if you like. Every submission includes a copy of the magazine guaranteed, whether your work is published in this issue or not.

We know a lot of you have finished up thesis work, or are getting back in the studio or starting new work with the coming of warmer weather. Whatever the case, we want to see what you’ve been working on. We are always looking for the most innovative uses of handmade printing processes, alternative photographic processes, arranged or directed tableaus, installation, book forms, performance, and all kinds of interesting work incorporating hand printed processes.
